The Quality of Service Directorate within the People & Standards Division is responsible for the assurance of quality across the Public Service, by ensuring the delivery of a Service of Excellence through its people.
Through ‘Rate the Public Service’, you are being given the opportunity to rate the services provided by the Public Service by filling out the form available through the link below.
By sending your feedback, we can constantly monitor the satisfaction level for each department and take all necessary action to improve our services. To submit your feedback, simply select the name of the department from the dropdown menu and submit your feedback.
