The People360 Unit's goal is to create an employee-centric public service that is responsive to the needs of citizens and businesses. This initiative has been in progress since 2019 and is continuously expanding to encompass additional ministries.
The way People360 takes a fresh and innovative approach – a People360 manager invites the employee to a confidential one-to-one meeting. The meeting can be conducted virtually or in-person, though the latter is always encouraged for a more personal touch. Follow-up meetings are conducted regularly after the initial meeting. Public officers may also request personal meetings or on-site visits to address collective queries.
