On 6th October 2016, a graduation ceremony was held (see video and photos) – the first of its kind – for about 200 public officers who have successfully completed accredited courses to improve their knowledge and efficiency.
The courses followed were the Public Management Toolkit, which strengthens the abilities of leaders in the Public Service; the Strategic Change Management Award, aimed at enhancing public officers’ abilities in order to effect changes in leadership; the Executive Leadership Award, which prepares public officers for strategic leadership within the Public Service; the Foundation Course in Customer Care and the Advanced Course in Customer Care.
The second graduation ceremony was held on the 28th September 2017 (see photos). This time 260 public officers graduated – an increase of 73 over the previous year. The courses successfully completed by these public officers were the National Public Procurement Regulations (156 graduates) and the Public Management Toolkit (104 graduates).
